With over 20 years of experience in business psychology, I specialise in leadership development, executive coaching and organisational change. I help leaders navigate complexity, enhance performance and create workplaces where people thrive. My experience spans private and public sector organisations, having worked across a diverse range of industries, including professional services, banking and finance, healthcare, infrastructure, media and transport.

I adopt a practical, psychologically grounded approach to executive coaching, emphasising deep listening to understand each client’s unique challenges and organisational context. I help people to acknowledge their strengths, build resilience and foster strategic thinking, developing new behaviours that drive lasting change and high performance.
